Following on from Minecraft on the PC and Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition comes Minecraft: Xbox One Edition for the Xbox One (pretty original naming). The game will be basically identical to the Xbox 360 version but feature a larger map.
Mojang and 4J Studios have released a new update for the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft a few days ago to coincide with the Xbox 360 version one year anniversary. Markus “Notch” Persson’s the creator of Minecraft has said in a recent interview withy PC Gamer that he’s new game 0x10c that the game may charge players a regular subscription fee.

4J Studios have announced that the console version of Minecraft has sold four million copies so far.
