The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Dawnguard Not Yet Announced for PC and PlayStation 3

A PC player and PlayStation 3 player walk into a bar…

Bethesda Game Studios marketing boss Pete Hines dampened hopes for a quick PC and PlayStation 3 release of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Dawnguard DLC.

Pete Hines said on Twitter: “We have not announced Dawnguard for any other platform, nor given a timeline for any such news. If we have news, I promise I’d tell you.” Is that your final answer?

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Patch 1.7 is Now Available on Steam

That bear is packing some serious heat.

On Monday the latest beta update for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was released over on Steam. The beta patch is for the upcoming 1.7 title update. Which is available for people to beta test on Steam with a full release coming later for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Currently this patch just seems to be a bug fixing one.

Last week Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition Skin Pack 1 DLC was released now it looks like the Skin Pack 2 DLC will be released likely next month. With the latest DLC being added to Left 4 Dead 2 today other related Left 4 Dead things are coming out.

Left 4 Dead 2 Cold Stream DLC Now Available on PC but Delayed on Consoles

The signs of abandonment.

Valve’s newest bit of after thought DLC has finally been released for PC users.

The DLC is called Cold Stream: “This community created campaign throws you deep in the back woods to face thousands of zombies as you battle your way to a helicopter rescue.  Don’t let the water or waves of zombies sweep you away to your death.”

Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition Has Reached More Than Three Million Units Sold

Notch is laughing all the way to the bank.

Markus Persson has announced that Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition has made $60 million in sales and sold more than three million units since its launch in May. Notch said “I got told Minecraft for XBLA passed three million sales today!”
