Re-Logic have announced a while back that Terraria is now coming to PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace sometime next year. With developer Engine Software and publisher 505 Games. However the console versions are apparently not supposed to be direct ports but unique with new added content.

In a perfect demonstration of how a few can ruin something for everyone else, Steam Greenlight the service on Steam that allow users to list games and decide whether games get published on Steam will now require developers to pay a $100 (£62.87) admission fee. The fee will go straight to charity. In this case it goes to the industries default charity, Child’s Play. What a surprise?

I have been playing RuneScape quite a bit these days and they have released more of their graphical rework for the game. Everything related to the God Wars Dungeon from NPCs, items and monsters have been upgraded for todays modern standards. Also all “The entire human base model set has been updated” which looks pretty good by the way and shows how far the game has come over the last eleven years.

Not much of an exciting week but Steam Greenlight finally came out and I got loads of video game screenshots of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hearthfire, Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition Skin Pack 2 done during the week so that is some hard work done right there.

Valve Corporations indie game support platform which was announced way back in July has now been available for a few days now. Steam Greenlight allows Steam users to vote on which games they want to see get published on Steam. Steam Greenlight can be seen here.
Torchlight II will be out on 20th September this year and there’s not much else to say about that. However it is good to see that Torchlight II finally has a release date after which seems like ages.
Microsoft has released the second pack of Minecraft Xbox 360 skins. Its been out for a while now but I just remember. The pack includes forty-five skins from games such as Left 4 Dead all the way to Jet Force Gemini. The pack costs 160 Microsoft points which I still don’t agree with.
