What Total War: Warhammer might look like (Medieval II: Total War Mod).
Video game publishers SEGA and developers The Creative Assembly announced on Thursday that they are teaming up with Games Workshop to make Total War: Warhammer. It has been known since 2012 that they were making a Warhammer based game but they have finally announced it.
Being able to see your bullets in a magazine doesn’t seem very useful.
Video game publishers 505 Games and developers Overkill Software have released their latest update for Payday 2. This time the update is called the “First Person Animations Update” and they have gone back to improve some of the animations you see in first person view. They have changed how guns reload, shout animations, and added transparent magazines for certain guns and more. They have also made various bug fixes too.
Failbetter Games have updated Sunless Sea recently with bug fixes and a few new additions. The main being the ability to summon zee-beast by using different collections of items. Sunless Sea is also currently on sale on the Humble Store for 20% off.
Over on Giant Bomb (here) at 10.00pm (UK) the team will be doing a live Quicklook of Grand Theft Auto V (PC) and Mortal Kombat X (PlayStation 4/Xbox One/PC). Both these games come out tomorrow so these Quicklooks should give you a better idea if you should buy them.

With Sony Computer Entertainment’s London Studio developed PlayStation Home closing on the 31st March, Giant Bomb (here) did a free (was going to be premium) live stream of them messing about it in the online virtual world. It started at 8.00pm (UK) and was very entertaining. It is now available to watch on Giant Bomb’s website, YouTube, and Twitch channel.
Pillars of Eternity is an old style computer role-playing game (CRPG) for a modern age and is now available on GOG.com, Steam and the Paradox Store. It is developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by Paradox Interactive and costs between £34.99 and £67.99. Is it worth buying? read on for some of my thoughts on the game.
Over on Giant Bomb (here) at 6.00pm (UK) the team will be doing a live Quicklook of Bloodborne (PlayStation 4). I doubt it will be just Vinny and Mathew playing it but expect it be to be entertaining and informative none of the less with Brad and co.
Fallout 3 is still one of the best games to play at Halloween time.
Happy Halloween! It’s been a busy week in gaming with the usual Halloween themed sales and updates happening recently to most games. There is also plenty of Halloween related gaming events to take part in and a few interesting games have been released plus much more.

TaleWorlds Entertainment announced yesterday that Mount & Blade Warband will get a new DLC called the Viking Conquest. The last bit of DLC for Mount & Blade Warband was the Napoleonic Wars DLC and this time it is going for the same amount of realism but set in the 8th century instead of the 19th century and will include a single player campaign. Viking Conquest will have a detailed Europe map, 300 locations, 21 kingdoms, 6 cultures, 200 historical characters, two religions, new battle systems, 15 companions, improved AI, siege warfare, new items and loads more.
Tripwire Interactive have once again returned with a special event for Halloween. Its called the Halloween Horror Double Feature and features a new Halloween map (Club Clandestine), Halloween zeds, new achievements and the Toy Master mod which replaces all enemies with evil toys. It’s also part of the Steam “Free Weekend Weekend” which means Killing Floor is on sale for up to 75% off, free to play over the weekend and offers new bundle DLC (which haven’t been added yet on Steam).
