Mojang today released a new update for the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft. It includes things such as animal breeding, brewing, experience points, enchanting, gameplay tweaks, bug fixes and much more. This update is similar to PC version 1.0.1, but without ‘The End’ which will come in Update 8.

Paradox Interactive excellent strategy game Crusader Kings II has been updated with a ton of new additions, bug fixes and performance improvements. These patches have been around for a while but I think they only just got added to the Steam version of Crusader Kings II yesterday.

Tripwire Interactive have once again returned with a special event for christmas. Its called Twisted Christmas III: Evil Santa’s Moonbase and features a low gravity moon base map, a dwarven battle-axe, a new character (the Domestic Assistance Robot/D.A.R), two new guns and a new DLC weapon pack available for purchase.

Low key video game developer Full Control ApS have recently earned the rights and announced a new Space Hulk video game. Space Hulk is one of the classic Games Workshop board games that sees a group of Space Marine Terminators battle against a horde of Genestealers down claustrophobic corridors and small rooms in the games titular flying ‘Space Hulks’ which are flying derelict starships, asteroids, and other assorted space junk drifting in and out of the Warp.

The Pokémon Company has now brought the Pokémon Pokédex to iOS. The application allows you to browse the various Pokémon and check out their stats and more. It’s similar to a Pokédex you would find in one of the Pokémon games.

Recently the multiplayer matchmaking service GameSpy has been closing down game servers across certain games. Games such as Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2, Microsoft Flight Simulator X, SWAT 4, Sniper Elite, Hidden and Dangerous 2 and Star Wars: Battlefront will no longer allow you to search for servers or host certain online games.
