Team Fortress 2 Co-op Mode with Mann vs. Machine Update

Valve Corporation have today announced a new six player co-operative game mode for Team Fortress 2 called Mann vs. Machine. Players will be against hordes of NPC controlled robot versions of the Team Fortress 2 cast. The update will include new maps and missions with new achievements and items to be earned.

Killing Floor: Ash Hardy Character Pack DLC is Now Available

Basically the female Rambo of the Killing Floor world.

A new bit of DLC was recently released for Killing Floor. Its called the Ash Hardy Character Pack and it adds a new character to the already existing set of weirdos and freaks. It costs £2.99 which some would say and I agree is quite a bit for one new character. However I think it’s the first female playable character in the game and it has a “custom voice pack”. So it’s probably worth checking out.

Dungeon Defenders Patch 7.40 and Free Jester Hero DLC are Now Available

Chess the game for crazy Jester Heroes.

Dungeon Defenders has been updated yesterday with some bug fixes and a few new additions such as the “Jester Hero DLC” and many more improvements to the game. The Jester Hero a new DLC for Dungeon Defenders is now Available on Steam and free until 22nd August 10AM PDT.

Version 7.40 was released on 8th August.

Steam is Going Beyond Just Video Games

The Valve Corporation logo no one ever sees.

Valve Corporation have announced that from 5th September its online digital store Steam will begin selling software titles. None was named but expect stuff ranging from “creativity to productivity.” I am guessing this will mean they will start offering things like the Apple Store and Google Play store such as photo applications with film and music being added in the future?

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Dawnguard is Now Available for PC but Not PlayStation 3

What PlayStation 3 players will look like when Dawnguard finally comes out.

Bethesda Softworks have announced today that the first official Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim DLC Dawnguard is now available on PC. It can be bought on Steam purchased through Steam for £13.99 which I think is more than Xbox 360 version was on the Xbox Live Marketplace. However the PlayStation 3 versions has been indefinitely delayed.
