As it’s still near the start of a new year, new video games are coming out to look forward to. Over the next few days or so I will be listing about seventy games that you should watch out for this year.

Two New Space Hulk Screenshots

Space Hulk game developer Full Control ApS have recently released the first actual screenshots for the game and It looks pretty good. Space Hulk is one of the classic Games Workshop board games that sees a group of Space Marine Terminators battle against a horde of Genestealers down claustrophobic corridors and small rooms in the games titular flying ‘Space Hulks’ which are flying derelict starships, asteroids, and other assorted space junk drifting in and out of the Warp.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Release Date and Twenty Screenshots. Also First Trailer

The world premiere trailer for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag appeared briefly on YouTube revealing a few details about the game such its release date. The trailer has now been made private but it’s still available on other channels on YouTube. The game will be released 29th October on all current generation consoles as well as the next-generation consoles.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt First Trailer and Twelve New Familiar Looking Screenshots

CD Projekt RED last month announced that they were making one last game in the Witcher trilogy before likely handing the franchise to another studio to work on. Some screenshots have been released recently for the third game which is called the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and it looks very familiar to the second game which is good I guess. It’s not very next generation looking thought more like PlayStation 3.5.

Total War: Rome II The Battle of Teutoburg Forest Trailer

The Creative Assembly have released a new trailer for Total War: Rome II which shows one of the historical battles you can play and try to change history with. In 9 AD, Teutoburg Forest was the scene of a big defeat for the Roman Empire (three Roman legions, along with their auxiliaries were destroyed).

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Has Been Announced

Ubisoft have officially confirming that the next game in the Assassin’s Creed franchise will be called Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. The game is being developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. More details about the game will be released on Monday.

Capcom’s upcoming game about Nilin an amnesic memory hunter who can explore the streets of Neo-Paris in the year 2084 will be released in June on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC and is looking promising.

Trion Worlds the developers of Rift have released Update 2.2 in line with the games second anniversary. To celebrate the anniversary they are bringing back the Carnival of the Ascended. Where you can try out two new Carnival games, take part in special carnival zone events where you can collect festive hats, new mounts, and unique pets. You can also obtain Planar Attunement Tier 3 or PvP Planar Attunement Tier 2 and play the new Steppes of Infinity zone event.
