Tripwire Interactive have once again returned with a special event for christmas. Its called Twisted Christmas III: Evil Santa’s Moonbase and features a low gravity moon base map, a dwarven battle-axe, a new character (the Domestic Assistance Robot/D.A.R), two new guns and a new DLC weapon pack available for purchase.

The Creative Assembly have released new pictures for the new Total War game Total War: Rome II. It’s a sequel to the excellent game Rome: Total War where you play as the Romans during the late Roman Republic and early Roman Empire.

Bethesda Softworks have released some new pictures for the third Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim official expansion Dragonborn. PC and PlayStation players will have to wait for This DLC like always as it’s currently exclusive to the Xbox 360 and no other platforms have been announced so far.

Rockstar Games has today released its second trailer for Grand Theft Auto V, its unrealistic crime simulator. There has also been a ton of screenshots of Grand Theft Auto V released recently too. I am also going to talk about what I think about the game so far.

The standalone zombie mod DayZ has had some screenshots of the game’s interiors released on the DayZ developer’s website. Dean Hall the main developer of the game had a few things to say about it.

Just Add Water has come up with a new name for its Abe’s Oddysee remake. The game is now called Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee New N’ Tasty! They were originally going to add HD to the end of the original title, like many other HD releases. However as they are remaking the game and not such updating its visuals, adding HD to the end might not show how much effort is being put into the remake.

343 Industries have released some new screenshots for Halo 4. These screenshots feature the game’s many modes. The campaign screens show the Dawn and Infinity missions. There is some from the map called Complex and the new Flood multiplayer mode. Finally the last screenshots show the Spartan Ops mission known as The Challenge.

Two great games have been released in the last week over on GOG.com. Urban Chaos and Gangsters: Organized Crime are now available to buy for $5.99 (£3.69) each. Gangsters: Organized Crime was developed and published by Hothouse Creations and Square Enix. With Urban Chaos been developed and published by Mucky Foot Productions and Square Enix.

Along with a trailer, Konami and Hideo Kojima have announced Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. The game will be a prologue and will be available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The series creator Hideo Kojima however is still not ready or likely to call the game Metal Gear Solid 5.
