Precursor Games Shadow of the Eternals is seen by many as a spiritual successor to Silicon Knights great GameCube game Eternal Darkness: Sanity’s Requiem. The developers have now released a nine minute demo video of the game to help support their crowd funding campaign and several new screenshots.

PopCap Games have announced the sequel to Plants vs Zombies will be called Plants vs Zombies 2: It’s About Time and has now got a release date. They have also released trailer which features a number of Internet celebrities.

Rockstar Games have once again a few days ago released some more screenshots for Grand Theft Auto V. They feature the usual mix of landscapes, vehicles and sand box hijinks. At this rate the game won’t have any surprises left in it and it isn’t really helping itself live up to the previous games.

Sega has announced that the next Total War game from Creative Assembly, Total War: Rome II will be released on 3rd September worldwide. If you pre-order the game before its released you will get the first DLC pack for free. The DLC is called The Greek States Culture Pack and includes three new factions: Athens, Epirus, and Sparta, which can be used in all game modes. All three factions will contain unique units, buildings and much more.

The Walking Dead: A Telltale Games Series was previously an exclusive digital only download game but it is now available for purchase in a physical box at a shop near you. This version contains all the episodes from the first season of this popular zombie adventure game.

Mojang and 4J Studios have released a new update for the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft a few days ago to coincide with the Xbox 360 version one year anniversary. Two new skin packs: the Battle ‘N’ Beasts pack and the Minecraft 1st Birthday pack are also available to download from the Xbox Live Marketplace. The Battle ‘N’ Beasts pack DLC costs 160 Microsoft Points and the 1st Birthday pack DLC is free. This update mostly includes gameplay tweaks and bug fixes.

Warframe is a free-to-play co-op action game. All items in the game can be bought with real money but for the people who don’t want to pay for anything (not possible without restricting yourself) or people who want to save money, I have made this guide which shows boss and blueprint locations and rewards from doing Alert missions and a lot more. The game is currently in Open Beta and expect me to update this guide when new items and rewards get added.

Video Game Developer Grasshopper Manufacture and video game publisher Kadokawa Games have once again released some more media related to their announced Killer is Dead game which is the spiritual successor to one of the best games of the last generation Killer7 and the game I have never tried No More Heroes.

As it’s still near the start of a new year, new video games are coming out to look forward to. Over the next few days or so I will be listing about seventy games that you should watch out for this year.
Each part will have around nine games that you should look out for. In no particular order.
