Update (23/03/16): I have decided to update my thoughts on Tom Clancy’s The Division. This is because I have had a U-turn on the game. Tom Clancy’s The Division has been out for about two weeks now and has had about three major patches that have changed the game a bit in some ways for better and worse. New video Game developer Playtonic Games (Founded 10th February 2015) announced recently that a team of ex-Rare veterans would be working on a spiritual successor to Banjo-Kazooie with “Project Ukelele”. The game has tuned out to be called Yooka-Laylee, and is similar to the previous franchise as the title refers to the game two main characters. Instead of Banjo the Honey Bear and Kazooie the Red-Crested Breegull, players will now control Yooka the green bloke with no pants and Laylee the wise cracking lady-bat with a big nose.

State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition is a third person, open world, zombie RPG developed by Undead Labs and published by Microsoft Studios as an exclusive for Microsoft platforms on the PC and Xbox One is now available. This new State of Decay is basically a State of Decay Game of the Year Edition with improved visuals, mechanics, new items, and all the old DLC bundled together.

Titanfall is a first-person shooter multiplayer video game developed by Respawn Entertainment (by some former members of Infinity Ward) and published by Electronic Arts as an exclusive for Microsoft platforms: PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One is now finally available in Europe.

Dead Rising 3 was announced last week during E3 2013 and is an open world survival horror video game, currently under development by Capcom and being published by Microsoft Studios. Dead Rising 3 will be an Xbox One exclusive title.

Microsoft announced recently at E3 that a new Killer Instinct game would be coming exclusively to the Xbox One and looks like an attempt to reboot the old franchise. Several screenshots and a video have been released since then. I have also included some information about the game, the franchise and the people behind Killer Instinct.

Following on from Minecraft on the PC and Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition comes Minecraft: Xbox One Edition for the Xbox One (pretty original naming). The game will be basically identical to the Xbox 360 version but feature a larger map.
