Telltale Games have now released the first episode of the second season to The Walking Dead which centres on the continuous story of Clementine after the events of the first season. You can the buy the whole season on Steam today and individual episodes on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace.
The people over at GOG.com have started their 2013 Winter Sale which I assume will last about two weeks. Apparently there are over 600 games with 50% off and they are also giving away Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics for free because of pending right holder changes (so not much of a gift) until Saturday 2:00pm GMT (less than hour left now).

Valve Corporation have started another sale yesterday and its called the Steam Autumn Sale and is similar to previous Steam sales. Most of their games on the service will be discounted with a different selection of games each daily and flash sales that happen every eight hours.

Video game publishers Paradox Interactive and developers Paradox Development Studios have released their latest bit of DLC for Crusader Kings II. The sixth (not fifth) major DLC expansion for the game is called Sons of Abraham and focuses mostly on updating some old catholics game mechanics such as improved Papal system. It also allows players to play as a Jewish character for the first time and able to recreate the Kingdom of Israel and rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem. There is also the 2.00 patch that includes many things such as achievements and three other companion DLC that have also been released. Finally there is a lauch trailer which shows some of the new features in the Sons of Abraham DLC.
Similar to Steam GOG.com have started their own game sale to celebrate Halloween. It’s called No Trick, All Treat and they have prepared a small selection of games such as Amnesia: The Dark Descent and Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs and Clive Barker’s Undying all for 75% off.

Over on Steam to celebrate Halloween they have started the 2013 Halloween Sale on loads of scary related video games. A lot of these games are worth buying especially if you don’t have them yet. They should help you get into mood for Halloween, in other words terrified.
Mojang the developers of Scrolls which is still in beta have recently announced that they will be adding a Hearthstone type Arena mode called Judgement and may be something good but it could also be bad but at least its a new mode.

Ubisoft released a week ago its first trailer for a new game Ubisoft Montpellier are developing. Its called Valiant Hearts: The Great War and its going to be a puzzle adventure game inspired by letters written during World War I. The game revolves around four strangers who are trying to help a young German soldier find his love in a story about survival, sacrifice and friendship.
