Max Payne 3 Screenshots

Good to see Max with he's hair. I wonder how he loses it, stress maybe?

These are most of the images available for Max Payne 3 at the moment. I am looking forward to the game but some of the new settings don’t really seem to fit with the noir style of the previous games. Still its good to see a new Max Payne game, hopefully it will come close to the other games in quality.

Magicka: Vietnam Out 12th April

Get in and get the feck out.

Magicka will be unleashed in Vietnam next month, it will only cost $4.99 (£3.10). With a new campaign setting you also get new weapons and “a new survival challenge map with increased difficulty in direct response to the request from the community.” One of the new spells calls in an F-15 napalm strike. It should be good for the fans.

Duke Nukem Forever Delayed Forever. I Mean to June

Duke Nukem Forever will now be released on 14th June in North America and on the 10th June everywhere else. It was scheduled to be released worldwide in early May but they seem to have been too optimistic with that date.

Whatever is making Gearbox Software delay the game must be significant because of the new date set. Of course Duke Nukem Forever the game is use to delays and such so this should have been expected. At least Gearbox Software seems to be seeing the funny side of things.

Duke Nukem Forever was scheduled to be released more than a decade ago but the wait shouldn’t be must longer for Duken Nuken fans. However it better be worth it in the end.

EA and Ubisoft Getting Rid of Video Game Manuals

Video game manual massacre.

I’m sure a lot of people have noticed that game manual have been shrinking a lot lately. Of course this isn’t true for all game manuals but it’s happening a lot now a days. Ubisoft and Electronic Arts are getting rid of paper based manuals completely for all upcoming retail-based games.

The decision to do this isn’t apparently do with money but to try to be more environmentally friendly. EA and Ubisoft are now going green. I can think of many other ways they could be green to be honest. Anyway EA’s Mass Effect 2 on PlayStation 3 and Fight Night Champion were the first two games to ship without a paper manual under this new policy.

New Spider-man Game Revealed Soon

The itsy bitsy spider went up the water spout...

Apparently we’ll see a new Spider-man game which will likely build on the success of Shattered Dimensions. More will be revealed at WonderCon in April.

Crysis 2 PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 screenshot comparison. Which Crysis 2 version should you get?

Knife in the neck.

These are some picture comparisons between the different game platforms and I have added some of my opinions of what I think of the differences between them and whether or not it really matters.
