The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Overhaul 3.0 Mod is Looking Quite Pretty. Also a Trailer and Five Screenshots

Some of you might have tried The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Overhaul 2.0 mod which improved The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind in may ways with new visuals and better gameplay. Now the guys behind that mod will be releasing a newer better version. The new version will be called Overhaul 3.0 and will go one more step further than before with even better visuals and game improvements. Theres is a new trailers and some screenshots which you can see below.

From ornitocopter.net: “The third installment is coming out in a couple of days. We’re putting the final touches to the package in these hours and then, when everything is ready and every bug fixed, we will put it online for you. Among the new graphics, sounds and fixes there will be the easiest installer ever made for this package. The first version had a 40 pages installation guide, the second version’s guide was just 10 pages and the third one will have just one, and you don’t even have to read it.”

“Oh yes, cool stuff. We will continue to work on this package just like before, as this is our favourite hobby We finally decided how to do this. We will put together a handful of mods, the non optional ones, wich will become the core of the package. When the core will be as much bugfree as Morrowind can be, we’ll proceed in including more and more mods. As soon as we’ll decide what plug-ins will be in the Game Experience Core we’ll let you know with a description of the new features they add to TES III.”

The mod wont compete with some of the stuff seen in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim but its good to see a decade old game getting some love and attention. For people who havent played the game now is better a time than ever to try the game out or for old players there should be enough new things to keep you engaged. A lot of people say The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind is one of the best Elder Scrolls games so now is a good time to see if they are right.

The mod should be out soon on mod makers website and The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind game can be bought from various places but the cheapest and easiest is way is to get it from Steam. If you get it when it’s on sale then it should only cost a few pounds, dollars or euros.
