As part of Steams four days of 2K Games Sales you can currently Save 75% on all Bioshock games. It will likely end soon and be replaced with a new sale later on so get the games cheap while you still can.
This video shows the upcoming 1.5 update, which should arrive this week. Notch says that the “rain and especially thunder is waaay too common in this test, for demo purposes.”
It’s good that Minecraft is becoming more involving. I really like the rain effects and the snow makes it hard to see in front of you which snow does in real life.

This November 11th Minecraft is finally released. On the same day as Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
The creator Markus ‘Notch’ Persson has said that:
The version we deem as the “full version” won’t be very different at all from what the game was like a week ago, and we’ll keep adding features after the release as well, so it’s really more of a milestone when we finally get rid of the Beta label, and some kind of goal for us to work towards.
Getting in close defeats the purpose of having a gun.
A Bulletstorm demo has finally been released on PC. The demo should help out anyone who still might be wondering whether or not to buy the game on PC. You can download the demo from Steam.

Good to see Max with he's hair. I wonder how he loses it, stress maybe?
These are most of the images available for Max Payne 3 at the moment. I am looking forward to the game but some of the new settings don’t really seem to fit with the noir style of the previous games. Still its good to see a new Max Payne game, hopefully it will come close to the other games in quality.
These are some picture comparisons between the different game platforms and I have added some of my opinions of what I think of the differences between them and whether or not it really matters.
Steam and The Creative Assembly “March to War” campaign, which is being run to promote the release of Total War: Shogun 2 next week is on its final day. Napoleon: Total War Imperial Edition is available at 75% off (£19.99/£5.00) which is a bargain for the money spend to time played ratio (£5/60+ hours). Sure it’s very similar to Empire: Total War but it still good in its own right.
Imperial Edition includes:
Napoleon: Total War™ – Heroes of the Napoleonic Wars (Free)
Napoleon: Total War™ – Imperial Guard Pack (Free)
DLC available:
Napoleon: Total War™ – The Peninsular Campaign (£5.99
Napoleon: Total War™ – Coalition Battle Pack (£1.99)
So you can get the whole Napoleon: Total War™ experience for £12.98.
This is the achievement list for Crysis 2. These achievements are the same for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. The PC version doesn’t have any achievements so you will have to pretend to get them. They are the usual complete a level on various difficulties. They also contain multiplayer ones which are of the usual type. The achievement called “Dedication” (25 G) which requires you to play online 6 months after your first time, is a cheap way to get people to come back at least once after they likely stopped playing. After playing the Crysis 2 multiplayer demo on Xbox 360 I am feeling a bit more optimistic about the games multiplayer credentials. I will most likely review it soon.
There are 50 achievements with a total of 1000 Gamerscore.
