Mass Effect 3 has only been available for about two weeks now but apparently players have already spent around 1,800 years (you trying doing the maths on that one) in the multiplayer mode.
Bioware has released a demo of the final chapter in the Mass Effect trilogy.
The demo offers twenty minutes or so of the game, which shows Commander Shepard on the ground just before Earth is invaded by the Reapers. Later on in the demo you control Shepard with Liara and Garrus. The demo also has multiplayer.
Anyone who was looking forward to playing Mass Effect 3 this year will be disappointed. Mass Effect 3 has been delayed into early 2012.
“Today we have confirmed that Mass Effect 3 will be released in the first three months of 2012,” “The development team is laser focused on making sure Mass Effect 3 is the biggest, boldest and best game in the series, ensuring that it exceeds everyone’s expectations. We’ll have more details about specific dates as we get closer to release.”
The note appeared on BioWare’s message boards.
Some new details have shown up about Mass Effect 3, Game Informer have a feature about it. If you have played and completed Mass effect 2 and all DLC available you should roughly know what to expect.
