Bioware has released a demo of the final chapter in the Mass Effect trilogy.
The demo offers twenty minutes or so of the game, which shows Commander Shepard on the ground just before Earth is invaded by the Reapers. Later on in the demo you control Shepard with Liara and Garrus. The demo also has multiplayer.

This is a trailer for the female Shepard who everyone seems to love. She looks nothing like the original Shepard.
The demo is available now for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. The actual game should be out on 6th March.
