Good Game: L.A. Noire (PC)

A Good Game a day for the rest of time perhaps?

Today it’s L.A. Noire a 2011 neo-noir detective action-adventure video game developed by Team Bondi and published by Rockstar Games for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Microsoft Windows (PC). L.A. L.A. Noire Fills Three DVDs

Showing the age of the Xbox 360 and DVDs, more and more games are arriving on multiple discs, such as Final Fantasy XII and Lost Odyssey. Mass Effect 2 had two discs and apparently Rage will too. Rockstar Games L.A. Noire will arrive on three discs when it’s released later this month on Xbox 360.

“To tell the story and make the game we wanted to make, we knew that it was going to take an entire single layer Blu-ray disc and three Xbox discs,” said Rockstar.

Rockstar have said that the game’s MotionScan technology which is responsible for making the facial expressions of the game’s characters life-like is responsible for the need for more space.
