Tribes: Ascend has been updated with a new Arena map “Walled In”, “Three new weapons and two new skins” for the Infiltrator class. Various other improvements have also been made.

The above video shows the upcoming Cloak & Dagger Update for Tribes: Ascend. It should be out this week and includes new content for the Infiltrator Class.
The new cosmetic skins will be purchasable with real money (Tribes Gold). All new weapons can be unlocked with gameplay XP, or purchased with Tribes Gold.

Patch 0.9.7 was released on Monday 19th March 2012.
DRM free digital site is no longer known as Good Old Games. From now on it will only be known as GOG.com. There front page has been redesigned, they will add three games a week instead of two, improved downloader. They hae also added The Whispered World, Trine, and soon Machinarium, Darwinia and Spacechem. they are also taking orders for Master type game Legend Of Grimrock.

Little Empire has been updated. It includes a few new features such as “fort city” which I havent tried yet. I am glad they are still supporting the game. You can get the patch by updating Little Empire from the Android marketplace (Google Play).

Last week at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, Hi-Rez Studios announced that Tribes: Ascend will be released on 12th April 2012. It is currently in Open Beta.
Tribes: Ascend is a fast paced sci-fi FPS for the PC. Hi-Rez Studios also released a parody trailer titled “Tribes Ascend – Llama Island.” Which can be seen above.
