Capom has revealed during their Capcom Spotlight that a demo is out for Resident Evil 4. The demo is available for all platforms and is called the Chainsaw Demo.
It isn’t long until the game comes out, and it looks like it will be another well-done remake by Capcom.
The game is set six years after Resident Evil 2. Leon Kennedy is sent to rescue the American president’s daughter from a Spanish village controlled by a cult, with a colourful cast of characters including the Marchant and Ada Wong.
Resident Evil 4 is the last Resident Evil I played a lot of. I originally completed it several times on GameCube and did it again on PlayStation 2. You could argue it was the last good one in the series. While Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and Resident Evil: Village seem good enough entries in the series.
I am sure the demo will determine whether the game will be good. I doubt it will be as bad as the Resident Evil 3 remake was.
I reviewed the demo, which you can read here: Resident Evil 4 Review [Demo].
By the time you read this, the demo should be available.
The game will be released on 24th March on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S and X.
