Bethesda Game Studios and Bethesda Softworks’ upcoming space RPG Starfield has been delayed.
Starfield was supposed to be coming out in November 2022 but was delayed to early 2023. Now it will come out on 6th September.
The new release was announced in a video where Todd Howard made a short address. Where he thanked the fans.
The game will now be shown in a Starfield Direct on 11th June 2023, before the start of E3 week.
I am not too bothered about the delay myself. It is better to have a good game come out eventually instead of a bad one early.
If Cyberpunk developers delayed their game, they could have released a good game at the start. If a game comes out in the state of an Early Access one, you shouldn’t pretend it is a finished product.
Hopefully, the game won’t just be another The Outer Worlds. I like The Outer Worlds, but it could have been better. Maybe the sequel will be?
The game will be released on 6th September 2023 for PC and Xbox Series X.
