With the grand strategy genre being perceived as a hard and difficulty to play to now being more accessible with thanks to Crusader Kings II mainstream success, I am looking forward to trying Europa Universalis IV. Crusader Kings II is great but with Europa Universalis IV being more nation focused with bigger maps and less focused on characters and the family I feel it may be to overwhelming for most people. However I am sure Europa Universalis IV will be the more successful than previous Europa Universalis games in the franchise.

Europa Universalis IV will be released worldwide on 13th August 2013 for PC, Mac and Linux.
