Heres a quick overview of the various diseases you can get in Skyrim and how to cure them.

Curing Vampirism
Ask a bartender about any rumors and they will tell you that Falion in Morthal studies vampires. Speak to him and he will tell you that, in order to perform the ritual, a black soul gem must be filled.
To get a black soul gem, you can speak to Falion again and he will offer to sell you one or you can pickpocket it from him. To fill it, cast a Soul Trap spell on a target from any of the various races and absorb their soul.
When the black soul gem is filled, return to Falion, who will tell you to meet him at dawn at the summoning circle. If you go to the agreed meeting place he will then cure you.
Witbane
Contracted from Traps and Sabrecat.
Magicka recovers 50% slower.
Lycanthropy
Can be obtained by doing The Companions quest line.
Ability to transform into a Werewolf.
Curing Lycanthropy
At the end of the Companions quest line, the quest “Purity” becomes available for those who wish to rid themselves of the curse.
As part of that quest, you must cut off the head of a Glenmoril Witch, bring it into the depths of Ysgramor’s Tomb and defeat your wolf spirit.
Once complete your cure is permanent and Lycanthropy cannot be contracted again.
In order to remove the curse, you must have killed at least two of the witches, one for Kodlak and one for yourself. I killed them all in the end.
Curing Diseases
Most diseases can be cured at a shrine in any of the nine holds in Skyrim. However Vampirism and Lycanthropy require specific quests to cure.
Potion of Cure Disease also removes all diseases when used.
The Vigilants of Stendarr also have the ability to cure diseases.
