Many video games features seasonal events such as Halloween and Christmas but I feel the game that gives the best feeling of Christmas is Canis Canem Edit.
This is because Canis Canem Edit covers various seasonal events throughout the main characters school year from Spring one year to Summer the next. This makes you feel attached to what is happening to you and the characters you meet. You also feel time and progress is being made.

What is Bully?
From Bully official site “The story follows Jimmy Hopkins, a teenager who’s been expelled from every school he’s ever attended. Left to fend for himself after his mother abandons him at Bullworth to go on her fifth honeymoon, Jimmy has a whole year at Bullworth ahead of him, working his way up the social ladder of this demented institution of supposed learning, standing up for what he thinks is right and taking on the liars, cheats and snobs who are the most popular members of the student body and faculty. If Jimmy can survive the school year and outsmart his rivals, he could rule the school.”
Christmas Mission
“Christmas is Here” is a mission from Chapter 3. It starts automatically after the first time Jimmy goes to sleep in Chapter 3.
Jimmy wakes up in his dorm room. Miss Danvers announces over the PA that his Mom has sent him a Christmas present, and orders him to come pick it up.
To complete simply travel to the office and talk to Miss Danvers to receive the gift. The gift turns out to be a dark green sweater with Rudolph the Reindeer’s face on it, complete with a red puffball for a nose.
In the cutscene Jimmy stands in the office doorway as laughter from his fellow students echoes. The mission ends here.
It is possible to make Christmas last indefinitely by simply not reporting to the office to pick up the present.

Why is it the Best Christmas Related Video Game?
What makes it Christmassy is the snow, snowmen, Christmas decorations, presents and the fact every single NPC has wintry clothes to suit the cold winter weather such as woolly hats and gloves. There is also Christmas themed cutscenes and mini games for example snow shoveling.
All this makes in my opinion the best Christmas themed level and video game about Christmas.
The Halloween levels in Canis Canem Edit feature a similar structure to the Christmas mission but with a Halloween theme which makes Canis Canem Edit also one of the best Halloween video games.
