Developer and publisher Frontier Developments recently released a video detailing more about one of the factions. More information about the Stormcast Eternals story and characters is shown.
In Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin, the Stormcast Eternals group are led by Sigrun. They are tasked with defending a Dawnbringer settlement called Harkanibus from the Orruk Kruleboyz.
The video shows some of the units you can control and how you can control them. It also shows how you can play the game with a controller easier. You are able to quickly switch between units with a single button.
The game looks good. Even if I am not an overall fan of most of the units in the Stormcast Eternals army. I am interested in learning about the other two factions and what they will be. The gameplay will focus on a small group of units, meaning it shouldn’t feel too overwhelming to keep track of.
Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin will release for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S and X sometime. The Open Beta will be available from 7th to 10th July 2023.
