Developer Daev Team and publisher Hyperstrange have released their 90s-inspired first-person shooter game on Steam Early Access.
In Ghostware: Arena of the Dead, you play as Molly, a person trapped inside an arena shooter. The gameplay is a mixture of old-style FPS and some adventure game elements.
There are Campaign and Arcade Modes. In Arcade Mode, you can jump into maps for some instant action.
The game features classic multiplayer modes such as Deathmatch and Capture the Flag.
It is worth noting that the game is only single-player. I don’t know if the developers will add an online component. If they don’t, it will be a massive missed opportunity.
