Developer Questline and publisher Awaken Realms have released their follow-up to their roguelike deck-building game Tainted Grail: Conquest.
Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is an open-world RPG. Harking back to games like the Elder Scroll games. Like the first game, it is set in the world of Arthurian legends. King Arthur is dead, and the world is falling into chaos.
The game is inspired by and based on the lore of the board game of the same name, created by Krzysztof Piskorski.
If you have played something like Oblivion, you will know what to expect to see. The difference is the setting and the aim of being a more open world game.
While I haven’t played it yet, it seems like it could be good for an indie game. The game is available in Early Access and contains about ten hours of gameplay. More chapters and content is planned to be added in the coming months.
Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is available on Steam Early Access on PC.
