Developer Awaceb and publisher Kepler Interactive have released Tchia, a tropical open-world adventure game. It is in the vein of The Legend of Zelda series.
You play as Tchia, who is looking to rescue her father from the ruler of an archipelago. Tchia can inhabit objects and animals to help her explore and solve physic based puzzles.
In the game, you can glide, swim and sail a boat. You can play the ukulele and make your own songs. The character is also customisable with a range of clothes and looks.
Tchia was inspired by New Caledonia, an island in the Pacific Ocean. As a result, the game is very charming and colourful. People should check it out.
The game is now available on PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. An Xbox port is likely in the future.
