The third official expansion for Bethesda Softworks The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is due out on the Xbox Live Marketplace on the 4th December for 1600 Microsoft Points. Theres not much details about it yet but I have found out some information and there is a new trailer for Dragonborn available.

From wikipedia.org: “The video suggests that it will allow the player to ride Dragons, and that the plot will revolve around the return of the first Dragonborn to the island of Solstheim (previously featured in Bloodmoon, an expansion of Morrowind, the third game in the series).”

From The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim book called On the Great Collapse: “Following the erruption of Red Mountain in 4E 5, thousands of Dunmer were forced to flee Morrowind. Many crossed over the border into Skyrim seeking refuge, and whilst they were accommodated, the Nords graciously offered them the island of Solstheim as their new home.”

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Dragonborn takes place on the island of Solstheim, located north-east of Skyrim. The north of the island is dominated by an arctic climate similar to that found in Winterhold, while the south of the island features a landscape similar to the Dunmer homeland.

I am looking forward to this expansion more than the first as it seems more what you expect from a piece of DLC. Also hopefully the level cap will be increased with new perks for each of the skill trees.
