A while back I mentioned that a Neo Geo handheld was coming to the market this year. Which can be read here:
It’s has now confirmed to be true.
It will be called the “Neo Geo X,” and will be released worldwide sometime in the second quarter of 2012 after the console’s 20th anniversary. It will include twenty officially licensed games, a SD card expansion, a 3.5” LCD screen, A/V output, internal stereo speakers and a headphone socket.
It’s being released by BLAZE a company that specialises in creating retro game devices.
