Nintendo has released a demo for their latest Pikmin game. In it, you can explore the Sun-Speckled Terrace with Oatchi and four types of Pikmin.
In Pikmin 4, the Rescue Corps are stranded and need saving. You do this with the help of Pikmin, plant and flower-like creatures. However, you now have a cute dog.
These are the four types of Pikmin available:
- Red Pikmin don’t fear fire.
- Yellow Pikmin travel further and don’t fear electricity.
- Blue Pikmin can swim.
- Ice Pikmin can freeze water and enemies.
Like many of the demos on the Nintendo Switch, you can carry on your progress into the full game when it comes out. Also, all the Pikmin games are now out on the system. It is a good time for collectors of Pikmin.
Pikmin 4 comes out on 21st July 2023 for Nintendo Switch.
