Mass Effect 3 Demo Available on Valentines Day

Reapers are coming sometime soon. They are busy at the moment.

The Reaper invasion and the end of the world is almost here. You will able to see what to expect in the new Mass Effect game when the Mass Effect 3 demo comes out in February.

On February 14 (Valentine’s Day), you can download the demo for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC and experience single-player and co-op multiplayer sections of the game. You can also try out the title’s Kinect functionality if you have Kinect that is.

You will only be able to try the co-op mode in the demo on 17th February unless you got early access, in which case you play the co-op on the 14th February. How do you get early access? By activating your Battlefield 3 online pass.

From BioWare Chris Priestly:

“There are two sections in the Mass Effect 3 demo, both included as part of a single download: The single player section includes 2 areas: the opening level featuring the Reaper attack on Earth, and a level further into the game where Shepard travels to an alien home world to seek their assistance in the war effort. This will be approximately 1 to 2 hours of content. The co-op multiplayer section includes 2 maps: Slum and Noveria.  This section will be open to players who have qualified for the early multiplayer access as of Feb 14, and will then open up to all players on Feb 17.”

At least the people with no partners have something to look forward to.
