Solution: You can find one in a rank 5 Blue Treasure Chest in the grottos or use the Alchemy Pot if you have a Silk or Divine Buster.

Quest #125 – Perk Up, Patty!
Location: Stornway; Talk to Erinn from behind the counter in the inn
Request: Cheer Patty up.
Solution: Talk to Patty from behind the counter then Zoom to Batsureg and talk to the chief’s father, Batkhaan. Afterwards, go back to Stornway and talk to Patty again. At night, talk to the ghost in Batsureg and sail to Khalaag coast which is north of Batsureg. If you use the Starflight Express to get there then you will not get the scene. Examine the gravestone to the east to receive the Friendant. Report back to Patty.

just beat any treasure map until you get a treasure map with dolour in the title then beat it any dolour map will do
i was wondering can you get a dangerous bustier from a quest?
dont think so but you can find or buy even on wifi shop
